libio-lockedfile-perl software package provides IO::LockedFile Class - supply object methods for locking files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libio-lockedfile-perl
libio-lockedfile-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libio-lockedfile-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libio-lockedfile-perl *
You will get with libio-lockedfile-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
